Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteers across CPS initiatives. This position involves recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and coordinating assignments, and ensuring volunteers have clear guidance and necessary resources. The coordinator will design and deliver basic volunteer training, provide ongoing support, and maintain communication channels with volunteers and project leads.

The role includes tracking volunteer participation, gathering feedback, and helping improve volunteer programs that support CPS’s creative, social impact, and community-focused activities. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to match volunteer skills with project needs and uphold an inclusive, respectful volunteer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively organize, guide, and support diverse volunteers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust,



provide transparent instructions, and engage volunteers and community partners.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience to help grow volunteer networks and connect CPS initiatives with relevant communities and organizations.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management abilities to handle schedules, documentation, and multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms) and be comfortable coordinating activities online.
- Candidates should possess a genuine interest in youth empowerment, creative industries, and social impact; prior experience with NGOs, community projects, or events is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and communicate fluently in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
