We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer with 3 -6 years of manufacturing experience to drive operational excellence and process improvements across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, VSM and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, defects and process inefficiencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis, time studies, process mapping and line balancing.
- Improve productivity, quality, OEE, cycle time, cost and safety.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and EHS teams.
- Track improvement projects and prepare KPI reports and dashboards.
- Support shop floor teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automobile or related engineering discipline. Preferred Skills: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, VSM, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, CAPA, PDCA and MS Excel.
