What You’ll Do

- Build content strategies, campaigns, themes & monthly content calendars
- Develop Reels, UGC, hooks, scripts and campaign concepts
- Research audiences, competitors, trends and winning content formats
- Create content ideas for both brand building & performance marketing
- Work closely with Brand, Creative, Social Media & Performance Marketing teams
- Develop shoot concepts, moodboards and creative references
- Analyse content performance and improve strategy based on insights
- Use AI tools for ideation, prompting, image generation & AI video creation
- Stay ahead of Instagram, Reels, AI and emerging content trends

We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in Content Strategy, Social Media, Creative Strategy or Digital Marketing




- Experience with D2C / Jewellery / Fashion / Lifestyle / E-commerce brands preferred
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels, UGC and digital content
- Creative thinker with a performance mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency
- Strong portfolio of content/campaign work is a big plus
- Hands-on interest or experience with AI-powered content creation
