Key Responsibilities

As a Consulting Apprentice, you will:

- Work directly under the guidance of the seniormost layer of the Consulting function. Your mentors will have 5+ years of experience in the education consulting industry and a stellar track record of admits to elite universities.
- Learn the fundamentals of profile development and profile presentation for elite colleges.
- Shadow meetings with some of our premium clients, ranging from government officials to CXOs to perfect the art of strategic counseling, diplomacy,



and client management.
- Assist with operational management, including documentation and knowledge repository creation.
- Support in research assignments related to universities, programs, and extracurricular opportunities for students.
- Contribute to stakeholder management by collaborating with technical/ research mentors, creative writers, and external partners.
- Support project teams in identifying and resolving roadblocks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Participate in internal training sessions and workshops to develop consulting, communication, and management skills.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top global university.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, with eagerness to master the art of client management.
