Position Consultant Pathologist

Qualification

- MD Pathology
- DNB Pathology

Registration

- Valid NMC / Haryana Medical Council Registration

Experience

- Experienced candidates preferred
- Candidates with hospital-based pathology experience will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

- Independently report Histopathology, Cytology, Hematology, and routine laboratory cases as per expertise
- Review and validate pathology and laboratory reports
- Correlate pathological findings with clinical information
- Supervise laboratory processes and ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Monitor quality control and quality assurance activities
- Guide laboratory technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Coordinate with clinicians and other specialists for appropriate patient management
- Maintain accurate pathology records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and applicable quality standards

Skills Required





- Robust diagnostic and reporting skills in Pathology
- Good knowledge of Histopathology, Cytology, and Hematology
- Excellent attention to detail and clinical correlation skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
