We are looking for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to support, enhance, and maintain database solutions for multiple enterprise applications. This role focuses on PL/SQL development, performance tuning, data integration, and production support, ensuring high data quality, reliability, and performance.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strong experience with Oracle Database.
- Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL.
- Expertise in developing packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning.
- Experience with indexes, partitions, and query optimization.
- Understanding of database design principles and normalization.
- Experience handling large and complex datasets.
- Ability to debug and resolve production data issues.
- Knowledge of transaction management and locking mechanisms.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Flexible to work in 24x7 environment.

Specifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency
- Experience in a version control system and code deployment system
- Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle,



Agile methodology is a plus
- Motivated and competent to contribute time and effort to work assigned
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports or application backend support
- Familiarity with Shell scripting or batch job automation
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, ODI, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar tools
- Understanding of backup, recovery, and RMAN basics
- Cloud exposure (Oracle Cloud / AWS RDS Oracle) is a plus

Experience

- 5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience
