Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, manage labour and contractors, and ensure construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project requirements. Key responsibilities typically include site supervision, manpower coordination, material monitoring, quality checks, safety, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors and allocate daily work.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor quality of construction work and identify defects or issues.
- Maintain daily attendance, site records, material records, and progress reports.
- Check material availability and coordinate requirements with management.




- Ensure proper use of materials and minimise wastage.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure safety rules and PPE requirements are followed.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management for smooth execution.
- Report daily progress, delays, and site-related issues to management.
- Take accurate site measurements wherever required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant practical construction experience.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida and Ghaziabad.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler will be preferred.
