Cargo also offers POD (Proof of Delivery) to vendors, daily MIS/reporting, and 24x7 customer support. The team works flexibly on Sundays and holidays and maintains dedicated WhatsApp groups for smooth coordination with each vendor.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Computer Operator role located in Manesar.

The Computer

Operator will manage daily data entry tasks, update shipment records, and maintain accurate MIS reports for vendors.

Responsibilities include handling back-office documentation, generating and sharing delivery reports, and supporting the coordination of shipment pickups, slot arrangements, and proof of delivery information in the system.



The role involves using office software and internal applications, monitoring status updates, and communicating with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

The Computer

Operator will also assist in maintaining digital records and ensuring compliance with internal data quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Computer Operations and Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency with office software and data management tools.
- Accurate Typing skills and experience in routine data entry and documentation tasks.
- Experience in Back Office Operations, including record maintenance, report generation, and basic administrative support.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors and to share clear, timely updates.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and reports simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Manesar and adapt to flexible working hours when required.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or ecommerce operations is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or diploma in computer applications or related field is preferred.
