Computer Operator cum Store Assistant

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities

- - Handle daily computer operations and data entry.

- - Maintain stock records and update inventory in Excel/software.

- - Manage inward and outward material entries.

- - Prepare and maintain store-related documents, registers and reports.

- - Verify received materials against invoices/challans.

- - Issue materials as per requirements and maintain proper records.

- - Assist in stock checking and periodic physical inventory.

- - Maintain proper filing of purchase, stock and store documents.

- - Prepare basic Excel reports related to stock and store activities.

- - Coordinate with purchase, production and other departments for material requirements.

- - Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in computer operations/store activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management.
- Valuable data-entry and record-keeping skills.
- Should be organized, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Candidates from manufacturing/industrial companies will be preferred.
