About Marbles Health
Marbles Health is a Brain Health company redefining the standard of care for neurology and psychiatry.
Our flagship product EASE, is India’s first medically licensed portable neuromodulation system, delivering safer, more effective, data driven, medical care for conditions ranging from depression, anxiety, addiction to aphasia, cognitive decline, ADHD, OCD.
We care deeply about communicating clearly, warmly, and responsibly - how we show up visually and in words matters as much as what we build.
The role
We're looking for a genuinely creative Communications Designer who can communicate an idea across whatever format the moment calls for - a brochure, a social post, or a short video. The format is just the tool. What we actually care about is the ability to understand our user, meet them where they are, and get the point across in a way that lands.
You'll turn ideas, research, and product updates into clear, resonant, on-brand content that people actually stop and engage with. Sometimes that's a beautifully laid-out one-pager; sometimes it's a 15-second reel; sometimes it's a carousel that reframes how someone thinks about their own Brain Health. The medium changes - the job of communicating clearly and relevantly does not.
In this role, you will be required to speak to stakeholders - doctors & patients - to design content that resonates with the intended audience.
This is a builder's role. You'll work closely with the founding team and shape the voice of a growing Brain health brand. Design and social skills are the core of the job; video is a meaningful part but doesn't require film-school polish — clean,
thumb-stopping short-form is what we need.
What you'll do
- Social media content: Design and produce a steady stream of posts, carousels, and graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels — and help maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Design collateral: Create brochures, one-pagers, decks, and print/digital marketing materials that are clean, credible, and on-brand.
- Short-form video: Shoot, edit, and package short videos (reels, explainers, testimonials) using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects. Motion graphics and captions/subtitling included.
- Brand consistency: Keep everything visually coherent — typography, color, tone — and help evolve our brand guidelines as we grow.
- Quick iteration: Turn briefs around quickly, take direction well, and improve based on feedback and performance data.
- Collaboration: Work directly with the founding team to translate product, research, and brain-health content into positive, hopeful, fun, accessible visuals and stories.
What we're looking for
- Genuinely creative — you have ideas, not just execution. You can look at a blank brief and come back with an angle we didn't expect.
- Smart and quick on your feet — you pick up new topics, tools, and contexts fast.
In an early-stage company the brief changes weekly, and we need someone who learns quickly and keeps up.
- You understand the user. You instinctively ask "who is this for and what do they need to hear?" before you ask "what should this look like?" You make things relevant, not just pretty.
- Format-fluid. Comfortable communicating the same idea as a brochure, a social post, or a video — and choosing the right one for the message. You see the medium as a means to get the point across, not the point itself.
- 0–5 years of experience in graphic design, content design, or social/brand creative (portfolio required — we care more about your work than your résumé).
- Strong graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools — Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) — and Canva for speed.
- Comfortable with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics.
- A strong eye for social-native content and an instinct for what performs on each platform.
- Bonus: familiarity with health/wellness, an interest in Brain health, or experience designing for sensitive/regulated topics.
Why this matters at Marbles
You won't just be making assets — you'll be shaping how thousands of people first experience a global Brain Health brand from India. We hold a high bar for accuracy and care: nothing we publish overstates, sensationalizes, or stigmatizes. If you want your design work to genuinely help people, this is that role.
