Role Description The Communications Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Namakkal. This role is responsible for developing and managing internal and external communication materials that support the brand’s video production and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, writing clear and engaging copy for campaigns and corporate communications, and coordinating media outreach to promote REIGN MARS ADS and its clients.

The Communications

Officer will also contribute to strategic communication plans, maintain consistent messaging across digital and offline channels,



and collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that all content aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with press releases and media relations, including drafting announcements and coordinating outreach with media contacts.
- Background in strategic communications, with skills in planning, executing, and evaluating communication initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts; experience in a media, advertising, or creative agency environment is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Namakkal and maintain a professional, inclusive, and gender-neutral communication style in all materials.
