Role Description The Communication & Personality Development Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and delivering interactive training sessions focused on communication skills, personality development, and professional behavior for diverse learner groups. The trainer will create training materials, including presentations, exercises, and written content, and will continuously refine programs based on learner feedback and research into best practices.

Daily activities include conducting workshops, coaching participants individually and in groups, assessing progress, and collaborating with other trainers and program managers to align training with overall learning objectives. The trainer will also support outreach and engagement activities, including contributing content for social media and other communication channels.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Personality Development and Training, with experience facilitating workshops or classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Writing skills to develop effective training content, assessments, and learning resources.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media to support learner engagement and promote training initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including public speaking, active listening, and constructive feedback.
- Proven ability to build rapport with learners, inspire confidence, and manage diverse groups professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or communication coach is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in maintaining schedules, and willingness to work in office in Bengaluru.
