Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Agent role based in Lachhmangarh Sikar.

The Collection

Agent will contact customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiate and arrange repayment plans, and accurately record all interactions and commitments in the company’s systems. The role includes reviewing account status, verifying customer information, and coordinating with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.

Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries,



and ensure that all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. The position requires consistent follow-up, adherence to targets, and maintaining a professional and respectful approach in all customer communications.

Qualifications

- Strong debt collection and cash collection skills, with the ability to negotiate payment solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for handling calls, clarifying issues, and building trust with customers.
- Basic understanding of finance and account reconciliation to interpret statements and payment histories.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and familiarity with using computers and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site in Lachhmangarh Sikar, manage time well, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in collections, banking, NBFCs, or other financial services is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance, commerce, or business is preferred.
