Company Description INDNIX Technology Limited is building a pioneering integrated manufacturing park that spans multiple advanced technology divisions. The park will host a 45nm–180nm silicon foundry, a dedicated III-V compound semiconductor facility, and a specialized cleanroom for Micro-Electromechanical Systems (MEMS). It will also include advanced packaging and surface-mount technology (SMT) backend operations to support end-to-end semiconductor manufacturing.

Complementing these capabilities, a tier-4 AI data centre park will provide high-performance computing infrastructure, positioning INDNIX as a strategic player in next-generation electronics and artificial intelligence.

Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction, operational roadmap, and long-term growth of INDNIX Technology Limited. This full-time hybrid role is based in India, with a mix of in office engagement at key locations and flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing business strategies, leading fundraising and investor relations, driving go-to-market plans, and building partnerships across the semiconductor, AI, and manufacturing ecosystem.

The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with technical and operational leaders to align product roadmaps with market needs, oversee high-level project milestones, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. The role also involves representing the organization with external stakeholders, nurturing a high-performance culture,



and making data-informed decisions to scale the company responsibly.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, financial data, and operational metrics, enabling sound strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management, investor presentations, cross-functional collaboration, and clear executive-level reporting.
- Sales expertise to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, negotiate strategic deals, and support revenue growth in B2B technology markets.
- Marketing experience to shape brand positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, and support product launches in semiconductor and AI-related domains.
- Research capabilities to assess new technologies, evaluate competitive landscapes, and identify emerging opportunities in manufacturing and data centre infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience in technology, manufacturing, or deep-tech startups, ideally with exposure to semiconductors, AI, or hardware-intensive industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage diverse teams, foster inclusive work environments, and implement effective operational processes.
- Comfort with a hybrid work model within India, including regular on-site presence at facilities and travel for key meetings and partnerships.
- Background in engineering, physics, business, or related fields; advanced degrees or equivalent experience in semiconductor or AI sectors are advantageous.
- Track record of fundraising, strategic partnerships, or scaling early-stage ventures is highly beneficial.
