We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and hands-on Co-Founder / Founding Team Member to join our client's in Kothrud, Pune .
Our client works with startups and entrepreneurs, helping them set up, structure and grow their businesses by providing the right ecosystem, guidance, resources and support.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
As part of the founding team, you will take ownership across multiple areas, including:
- Team handling and leadership
- Vendor & partner management
- Business development & client acquisition
- Managing entrepreneur/startup relationships
- Networking and building strategic partnerships
- Operations & project management
- Managing workshops, events and startup programs
- Coordinating with consultants, service providers and vendors
- Developing new business opportunities
- Planning and executing growth initiatives
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution
