Role Description The Co-Founder (equity based) role is a part time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves co-leading strategy and vision for the platform, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping the content and community roadmap. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating content initiatives, supporting event planning and partnerships, engaging with community members, and overseeing key operational priorities.





The Co-Founder will work closely with other core team members to drive brand visibility, build strategic collaborations, and manage limited budgets and resources effectively. This position is ideal for someone passionate about women’s empowerment and comfortable with an early-stage, impact-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to inform strategy, evaluate initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, collaborate with partners, and represent the platform in events and public forums.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to build partnerships, secure sponsorships, and grow the audience and community.
- Experience in community building, social impact, or women-focused initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Background in entrepreneurship, early-stage startups, or leadership roles is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of ownership.
