Location: Mumbai

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Assist the CEO with meetings, scheduling and follow-ups
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Visit client offices across Mumbai when required
- Maintain reports, trackers and meeting records
- Support client engagement and business development activities
- Prepare presentations and business documents
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Confident, presentable and proactive personality
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai
