Client Onboarding & Operations Associate

Operations Team | Full-time | Work From Home

At Voosh We're looking for a Client Onboarding & Operations Associate to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations.

This is a generalist, do-it-all backend role, you'll support client onboarding, handle customer support emails, and pitch in wherever the process needs a steady, capable hand.

If you communicate exceptionally well, think analytically, and enjoy taking ownership of a process end-to-end, we'd love to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new clients
- Handle customer support emails promptly, clearly, and professionally
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across the team, stepping in wherever support is needed
- Track pending items and follow up proactively so nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain accurate records and basic trackers/reports related to onboarding and support activity
- Be available for flexible working hours, including occasional late-night shifts, based on business requirements

What We're Looking For




- Excellent verbal and written communication - this is our top priority for this role
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with basic numbers/maths
- Any graduate; educational background is flexible - skills and attitude matter more to us
- Freshers with outstanding communication are welcome; candidates with prior experience in operations, client support, or onboarding will have an edge
- A self-starter who can take ownership and independently run a process with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working remotely (WFH) with flexible schedule, including occasional late nights
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Nice to Have
- Prior experience in operations, client onboarding, or customer support (email-based)
- Exposure to the food-delivery / restaurant-tech or SaaS industry

Location: Bangalore WFO Experience: Freshers with excellent communication welcome; prior experience is a plus
