Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in Bengaluru.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects across residential, commercial, and retail developments. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues,



and implementing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

The Civil

Engineer will also support stormwater management planning, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement in project management and construction practices.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for planning, analyzing, and delivering structural and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers in office, managing construction activities and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Planning and project coordination skills to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure to design and implement effective drainage solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design software) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or retail construction projects in an urban environment is an advantage.
