Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with builders, and expanding the company’s client base in the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating terms to secure favorable deals.



The role includes coordinating with builder partners to obtain updated project information, pricing, and offers, and communicating these clearly to clients. The Business Development Manager will track leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare reports on performance, and contribute to business growth strategies. The position may also involve attending site visits, promotional events, and meetings to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with builders and clients.
Valuable understanding of the real estate market in Pune or willingness to quickly learn local market dynamics.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads and follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of interactions and deals.
