responsible for driving sales and growth of Enterprise Business Services (EBS) products. The role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate and retail clients, identifying opportunities to EBS solutions product like CMS/POS offering, and meeting revenue and volume targets. Day-to-day activities include engaging with clients to understand their transaction banking needs, presenting tailored product solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation. The role requires close coordination with product, operations, and technology teams to enhance offerings, resolve service issues, and improve customer experience.
