- Cost-control and margin-improvement plans
- MIS dashboards for promoters/management
- Capex and new-store financial feasibility
- Long-term business and expansion planning
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions
- Ideal candidate: A senior finance professional/CFO with 15–25+ years' experience, preferably with retail or consumer-business experience, who can work closely with the promoters and convert business plans into practical financial forecasts and action plans.
