Currently we are hiring for the role of Center Manager in Bilaspur location for a leading dialysis provider company.

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall administration and operations of the dialysis centres, ensuring efficient resource utilization, smooth processes, patient satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day centre operations, staff attendance, leave, OT, and grievances.
- Handle patient scheduling, billing, cash, petty cash, and regular partner payments.
- Manage inventory, assets, records, and centre purchases.
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and support functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.




- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Support diagnostic services and operational improvement initiatives.
- Maintain cost efficiency and take corrective/preventive actions when required.
- Coordinate with senior leadership, clients, and diverse teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Experience of minimum 1 year
- Solid communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical, self-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
