Experience Required (yrs):

4 - 6 years The Senior BI Developer is responsible for translating complex enterprise data from Oracle Cloud ERP into actionable business insights.

Job Duties Primary Responsibilities:

- Build high-performance data pipelines to support scalable analytics and reporting.
- Design and develop sophisticated dashboards for business insights and decision-making.
- Define, track, and enhance strategic KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Apply deep expertise in SQL to manage, query, and optimize complex datasets.
- Leverage data warehousing knowledge to improve the analytical ecosystem.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective data solutions.
- Formulate basic strategies and proposals to outline action steps for accomplishing departmental and project goals.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss project requirements, as needed.
- Educate members of the team on assigned work items and provide technical guidance.
- Escalate critical issues to management and develop and implement strategies for timely resolution.
- Determine accurate estimates for project workload and deadlines.
- Act as technical lead on small/medium IT projects.
- Provide on-call support, as needed.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education:

Bachelor's degree in information technology-related field preferred.

Experience:

- Five (5) or more years of dedicated professional experience in Business Intelligence report development.
- Deep, hands-on proficiency with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Proven track record in advanced Workbook creation,



canvas designs, dashboard assembly, and KPI generation.
- Technical fluency with Oracle ERP Cloud subject areas and data tables required.
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Databases, advanced SQL programming, and rigorous Performance Tuning required.
- Strong foundation in Data Warehousing concepts and relational/dimensional data modeling required.

Preferred Skills:

- Practical working knowledge of Oracle FDI Data Augmentation to load external, non-Fusion data into the Autonomous Data Warehouse.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including OCI Data Integration, Object Storage, or Identity Cloud Services.

License(s)/Certification(s):

Professional certifications in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle FDI, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure preferred.

Software:

Experience with the following products preferred:

- OneStream or hosted corporate performance management (CPM) system.
- Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
- Microsoft .Net technologies.
- Microsoft Azure technologies.
- PowerShell.
