Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Follow up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the respective medical institutions.
- Ensure that medical facility reports are obtained within the time frame specified by the client.
- Coordinate effectively with healthcare institutions and maintain accurate communication records.
Preferred candidate profile Comfortable with night shifts and minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
