Role Description'

Role: Design & CAE Simulation Engineer

Qualification: M.Tech (Mechanical )

Experience: 1.5 to 4 Years

Technical Skills

Role and Responsibility

A.

Team member will be working on: Structural and thermal simulations using FEA tools. Performing advanced analyses, including: Static and transient analyses for structural and thermal problems. Advanced nonlinear analyses, including geometric, material,



and contact nonlinearities.

Buckling analysis to evaluate stability under compressive loads. Vibration and fatigue analysis to predict component lifespan under cyclic loading. Modal and harmonic analysis to assess natural frequencies and dynamic response.

Preparing and optimizing meshes suitable for high-accuracy simulations. Geometry cleanup and creation for simulation purposes using generic CAD tools.

B. Equipment and Machine Design: Candidates will be working on the design of static equipment, such as high-pressure vessels, reactors, agitators, and heat exchangers. Candidates will coordinate with end customers to provide engineering and technical solutions, perform relevant calculations, and create detailed reports and presentations.

C. Problem-Solving and Validation: Candidates will be working on hand calculations to validate simulation results. Applying general engineering principles to ensure accurate and reliable solutions.
