Key Responsibilities Process Review & Regulatory Compliance
- Participate in Fair Practice Code (FPC) reviews across various business functions and customer journeys.
- Assess customer-facing processes, products, and documentation for transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate adherence to RBI guidelines, Fair Practice Code requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Identify process gaps, compliance risks, and areas for improvement.
Business Analysis & Improvement Initiatives
- Analyze operational and financial processes to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and process efficiency.
- Recommend practical solutions to strengthen compliance, transparency, and control mechanisms.
- Support implementation of process improvements and monitor effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Finance teams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve compliance-related observations and drive corrective actions.
- Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment on regulatory and customer-centric requirements.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare impactful reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates highlighting key observations and recommendations.
- Track implementation of agreed action plans and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
- Maintain documentation, review records, compliance trackers, and audit evidence.
Compliance Monitoring & Reviews
- Assist in periodic compliance assessments and review exercises.
- Support root cause analysis for identified deviations and contribute to preventive action planning.
- Participate in the development and execution of compliance review calendars and governance initiatives.
