Position - BA/Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to manage software development projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, prepare functional documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth execution of web and mobile application projects using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Gather and analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and other functional documents.

Create basic wireframes and coordinate with UI/UX designers.

Plan project timelines, milestones, and track progress.

Coordinate with Design, Development, QA, DevOps, and other teams.

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Manage project scope, change requests (CRs), risks, and stakeholder communication.

Support UAT, production releases, and post-launch activities.

Preferred Profile

3–6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Associate Project Manager, or Scrum Master in an IT/software company.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing multiple software development projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
