Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in documenting detailed business process workflows and functional requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams to achieve project goals.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and discussions to gather comprehensive user and task insights.
