Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
- Develop and maintain BODS data flows, workflows, transforms, and batch jobs.
- Perform data extraction from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
- Design data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Execute master data and transactional data migration activities.
- Support SAP MDG and Central Finance data integration requirements.
- Analyze source system structures and identify data quality issues.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams on migration strategy and execution.
- Support migration testing cycles, mock loads, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) development.
- Solid understanding of ETL architecture, design, and best practices.
- Experience in developing complex transformation and migration workflows.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data and transactional data structures.




- Experience with SAP data migration and integration techniques including:
- IDOCs
- BAPIs
- LSMW
- SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC)
- Strong SQL and database querying skills.
- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
- Ability to independently handle ETL design and development activities.

Preferred

- Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data models.
- Prior experience in merger and acquisition data migration programs.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise SAP transformation initiatives.
