As a growing fashion business, we are looking for someone who can work at the intersection of finance, operations, e-commerce, inventory, and business decision-making.

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Operations & Finance Lead to take ownership of key financial and operational processes at SUBO.

This role sits at the intersection of execution and decision-making. You will work closely with the founders and internal teams to maintain financial discipline, improve operational efficiency, monitor inventory, and build reports that help the business make better decisions.

While we are happy to train the right candidate on the business operations side, a strong foundation in accounting and finance is essential for this position.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

- Maintaining day-to-day books (sales, expenses, purchases, bank reconciliation)
- Supporting GST and compliance work (with CA coordination)
- Tracking cash flow and preparing a basic monthly P&L;
- Working on product-level costing, margins, and pricing decisions
- Monitoring inventory from a financial lens (dead stock, slow movers)
- Creating MIS reports across sales, inventory, and marketing spends, and drawing insights
- Managing Shopify end-to-end (product uploads, collections, pricing, updates)
- Structuring products (titles, descriptions, variants, tags) to improve conversion




- Setting up discounts, campaigns, and landing pages
- Handling inventory tracking and ensuring smooth order flow
- Managing marketplace operations

Required Qualifications

Please apply only if you have prior exposure to accounting or finance through one or more of the following:

- Accounting/finance internship
- Articleship or relevant accounting experience
- CA/CMA qualification or ongoing training
- Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field with relevant practical exposure

Compensation & Location

Salary:

₹17,000–₹20,000 per month
