Role Description This is a full-time Business Intelligence Developer role based in Recent Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.
The Business Intelligence
Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that support HummingBird’s analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the talent lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing data models, developing dashboards and reports, implementing and maintaining data warehousing solutions, and managing ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver scalable BI solutions.

Developer will also monitor performance, troubleshoot data issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics capabilities and data governance practices.
Qualifications
- Strong data modeling skills and experience designing efficient structures for analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and interactive reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar).
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts and implementation (e.g., star/snowflake schemas, OLAP, dimensional modeling).
- Practical experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including data integration, cleansing, and automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL and at least one programming or scripting language commonly used in data environments (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms or warehouses (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders,
