? Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production

Key Responsibilities
Program, set and operate CNC Turning / CNC Lathe machines
Read 2D drawings, tolerances and specifications
Prepare, edit and prove-out G-code / M-code programs
Handle tool selection, tool setting, work offsets and job setting
Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer & measuring instruments
Monitor tool wear, offsets, quality and productivity
Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues
Maintain 5S, safety and machine discipline
Coordinate with Design, Production & Quality teams

Required Skills




Strong hands-on experience in CNC programming, setting & operation
Valuable knowledge of G-code, M-code, tooling, speeds & feeds
Experience in Tool Room / Jigs & Fixtures / SPM / Automation is preferred
Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls is an advantage
