Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative at Sports Social. The Telesales Representative will engage prospective and existing users via phone and digital communication channels to promote Sports Social offerings, explain membership advantages,



and convert leads into active participants in sports communities. Daily responsibilities include managing call lists, following up on inquiries, providing accurate information about games, tournaments, and memberships, and recording all interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves handling basic customer support questions, resolving minor issues, and directing complex queries to the appropriate team members. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to provide feedback from users, support campaign execution, and contribute to growth across multiple cities and sports.
Qualifications
