1. Role as Personal Contributor and Team Leader The Employee shall work in a dual capacity:
1.1. Personal Contributor
As a personal contributor, the Employee shall be responsible for directly contributing to the revenue of International Vedic Academy through sales calls, counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups, admission closure, student guidance, and other business development activities.
The Employee shall maintain individual performance targets as assigned by the Employer.
1.2. Team Leader
As a team leader, the Employee shall be responsible for training, guiding, monitoring, and improving the performance of team members.
The Employee shall ensure that the team follows Company scripts, lead management systems, reporting formats, counselling standards, follow-up discipline, and ethical sales practices.
The Employee shall be accountable for team productivity, sales discipline, target achievement, onboarding support, and revenue growth.
2. and Responsibilities The Employee’s duties shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
2.1 Hiring of Interns The Employee shall assist the Employer in hiring and shortlisting suitable interns for the sales, counselling, support, or business development teams.
The Employee may be required to conduct interviews, coordinate trial rounds, evaluate candidates, assist onboarding, and recommend suitable candidates to the management.
Final hiring decisions shall remain with the Employer.
2.2 Training of Team Members The Employee shall train team members on:
- Course knowledge.
- Lead handling.
- Student counselling.
- Parent counselling.
- Follow-up discipline.
- Sales scripts.
- Objection handling.
- Closing techniques.
- CRM or lead management usage.
- Ethical sales communication.
- Revenue target planning.
- Daily reporting.
- Conversion improvement.
The Employee shall ensure that team members understand the offerings, course structure, pricing, admission process,
and brand values of International Vedic Academy.
2.3 Revenue Growth The Employee shall be responsible for contributing to revenue growth of International Vedic Academy.
Revenue responsibilities shall include
- Monthly sales planning.
- Target achievement.
- Lead conversion.
- Sales pipeline management.
- Revenue reporting.
- Performance tracking.
- Follow-up strategy.
- Admission closure.
- Upselling and cross-selling approved courses.
- Supporting marketing campaign conversion.
- Improving overall sales efficiency.
2.4 Individual Revenue Contribution The Employee shall personally contribute to revenue and shall not limit his role only to supervision.
The Employee shall actively handle leads, follow up with prospects, close admissions, support high-value conversions, and assist in resolving sales-related objections.
The Employer may assign individual monthly, quarterly, probation-based, or campaign-specific revenue targets to the Employee.
2.5 Sales Operations and Common Managerial Practices The Employee shall also perform common sales management and business development functions, including:
- Daily sales reporting.
- Weekly review meetings.
- Lead distribution.
- Sales pipeline review.
- Conversion analysis.
- Revenue forecasting.
- Campaign coordination.
- Student admission tracking.
- Follow-up list management.
- Sales process improvement.
- Maintaining professional communication with students and parents.
- Ensuring ethical counselling practices.
- Coordinating with management and other departments.
- Maintaining data accuracy.
- Supporting Company growth initiatives.
- Performing any other work assigned by the Employer from time to time.
