Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Business Development Intern to help scale Vyoma’s footprint across India. You will work directly with leadership to drive student acquisitions, establish partnerships with schools and learning centers, and execute targeted growth strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in EdTech, startup operations, marketing, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential prospective parents, students (Grades 6–10), schools, and educational influencers through direct outreach, social media, and community networks.
- Parent Consultations: Support senior counselors in pitching Vyoma’s ecosystem—explaining how our combined tuition, school support, and career mapping benefit students.
- Partnership Building: Help initiate contact with local schools, coaching institutes, and extracurricular hubs for co-branded workshops or referral tie-ups.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis on Indian EdTech and local tuition services to identify market gaps, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate on local and digital campaigns, webinars,



and parent orientation sessions to build brand awareness.
- CRM & Data Management: Track leads, maintain prospect databases, and analyze conversion metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Current undergraduate/postgraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in regional Indian languages is a solid plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with parents and educators.
- Comfort with fast-paced startup environments and target-oriented goals.
- Proficiency in basic software (Google Workspace, MS Office, and social media platforms).
- Passion for education, student growth, and career counseling.
