We build high-performing sales teams for fast-growing coaches, consultants, and education businesses. We're currently hiring for Fit With Diet, a health and transformation coaching business.

The Role

We're looking for a high-ticket sales closer who is naturally good at conversations, understands people, and knows how to turn trust into a buying decision.

You'll speak with warm inbound leads who have already shown interest in improving their health, losing weight, or exploring solutions such as PCOS-focused coaching.

Your role is to:

- Build genuine rapport quickly and make prospects feel comfortable.
- Understand their goals, challenges, and motivations.
- Sell through consultation, not pressure or rigid scripts.
- Handle objections with confidence and empathy.
- Follow up consistently and close qualified prospects.
- Own your numbers, pipeline, and conversions.

You'd be a strong fit if you are:

- Experienced in high-ticket sales, consultative selling,



coaching, wellness, or similar premium services.
- Naturally warm, confident, articulate, and easy to talk to.
- Excellent at building rapport and making people feel heard.
- Comfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the sale.
- Solid at listening, questioning, objection handling, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable handling a steady flow of warm leads.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and coachable.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with polished spoken communication.

Compensation

Fixed: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

Incentives: Performance-based, on top of fixed pay.

No cold calling. Company-generated warm leads.
