Role Description The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will support faculty-led research projects by conducting literature reviews, designing experiments or studies, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in the preparation of research reports and publications. The role includes contributing to documentation for funding agencies,



maintaining research records, and collaborating with project team members to meet milestones and deliverables. The JRF will participate in academic discussions, seminars, and presentations, and may assist in mentoring students involved in the project. This is a contract role, based in office at NIT Agartala, requiring regular presence on campus in Agartala.
Qualifications

Strong research abilities, including literature review, data collection, and data analysis skills relevant to the project domain.
Proficiency in academic writing, documentation, and preparation of reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
Familiarity with relevant tools, software, or laboratory techniques (such as statistical software, coding environments, or experimental setups, as applicable to the project).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to contribute to research design and interpretation of results.
