Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Caller role based in Kolkata. The Tele Caller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Glyptic’s fire safety and security products and services, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide clear information about offerings, pricing, and basic technical features. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records in the CRM,



following up on leads shared by the sales team, and scheduling appointments or demonstrations for field representatives. The role involves handling customer questions, identifying potential business opportunities, and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members. The Tele Caller will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
