Role Description The Customer Success Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with customers,



ensuring they have a positive experience with Chambray & Co. products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person; resolving issues and complaints; and proactively gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction. The specialist will track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to align customer needs with business goals. The role also involves educating customers about the brand’s sustainability practices, guiding them through post-purchase support, and contributing to the development of customer experience processes and policies.
