We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient flow and minimize waiting time.
Coordinate with doctors, front office, nursing, and support teams.
Manage doctor schedules, appointments, and patient slots.
Handle patient queries and operational escalations.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Monitor daily operations and adherence to healthcare SOPs.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setup – mandatory.
Strong experience in patient flow management and doctor schedule management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Robust problem-solving and team-management abilities.
Patient-centric approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
