Peacechat is launching. And we’re looking for the person who can make India talk about it.

Peacechat is building a new category of platform for relationship & emotional support, where people can connect with listeners, dating coaches, relationship experts, creators, influencers and eventually celebrities through private conversations.

Our mission is simple:

Now we’re looking for a CMO to take Peacechat from a startup to a recognizable consumer brand.

What will you own?

You will be responsible for building and executing the entire marketing and growth strategy:

• Build Peacechat's brand from the ground up
• Develop a high-impact Instagram & social media growth strategy
• Lead influencer & creator collaborations
• Build celebrity and brand ambassador partnerships
• Develop UGC and performance marketing campaigns
• Lead Meta Ads and paid user acquisition
• Turn viral content into consistent user growth
• Build creative campaigns around relationships, dating,



loneliness & emotional wellness
• Develop referral, community and retention strategies
• Track CAC, conversion, retention and marketing ROI
• Experiment relentlessly and find scalable acquisition channels

You won't be joining an established marketing department. You'll be building it.
