We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our site team at JSW-MPCL, Akaltara. The ideal candidate will handle gate pass creation & management along with basic HR documentation support.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and issue gate passes for workers/staff
✅ Maintain gate pass records and renewals
✅ Coordinate with security & site HR for entry/exit documentation
✅ Support in maintaining muster roll, employee records, and other HR paperwork
✅ Ensure compliance with site entry norms and labour documentation

Requirements:
? Graduate (any stream); HR background preferred
? Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word)
? Prior experience in construction/site HR is a plus
? Positive communication and coordination skills
? Willingness to work on-site at Akaltara, Nariyara (CG)
