Role Description The Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Essence Innovation will support the strategic leadership of the technology function, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of the company’s health application and related platforms. This full-time, in office role in Chandigarh, India involves guiding software engineering teams, collaborating with product and business stakeholders, and ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising software development and architecture decisions, managing technology projects and roadmaps, and contributing to the long-term IT strategy. The Deputy CTO will also drive innovation, promote best practices in security and scalability, mentor technical leaders, and help maintain a high-performance and inclusive engineering culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building scalable, secure, and user-centered applications.
