Spacewood Modern Living is looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead a team of Interior Designers and drive business performance.
What we're looking for:
✨ Minimum 2 years of team management experience
✨ Mandatory experience in modular interiors
✨ Experience managing a monthly revenue portfolio of ₹1.5 Crore+
✨ Lead and develop a team of 08+ Interior Designers
✨ Drive creativity, design quality, and innovation
✨ Review and improve design concepts, layouts, and presentations
✨ Remove project bottlenecks and ensure timely design delivery
✨ Manage critical client escalations and turn challenges into opportunities
Your key responsibilities:
? Mentoring and building high-performing design teams
? Drive revenue, sign-ups, conversion, and TAT targets
? Manage critical customer escalations
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
