Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients, and expand the franchise and partner network.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, participation in industry events, coordination with design and operations teams to ensure project delivery, and regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline status.
