Niros Exports is launching a pharmaceutical exports division focused on African markets, and we’re hiring the first business development person on this team. You’ll work directly with the founders to find buyers, open conversations, and convert enquiries into orders — building the client base of a new division from zero.

What you’ll do

- Reach out to pharmaceutical importers and distributors in East & West Africa via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, and manage follow-ups through to enquiry and order
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects — track every conversation, follow up relentlessly, and report progress weekly
- Prepare and send quotations, product lists, and company profiles to interested buyers




- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to answer buyer queries on products, prices, and documentation
- Support market research: shortlist target buyers, track competitor pricing, and flag high-potential products and countries

Who we’re looking for

- 2–5 years in sales or B2B business development, any industry (pharma or export experience a plus, not required — we’ll train you)
- Solid written and spoken English — the job is daily communication with overseas buyers
- Persistent and organised: comfortable with long follow-up cycles and keeping a clean record of every lead
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline and quotation tracking
- Self-driven: this is a new division, and you’ll often be figuring things out rather than following a manual

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
