Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and attendance and leave administration. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting performance management and personnel development initiatives. The role involves partnering with leadership to handle employee relations,



ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and contributing to HR process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with organizational objectives and local regulations.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including compensation, insurance, and statutory compliance.
Experience in Personnel Management, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and performance support.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
