About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are passionate about sales, client communication, and building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.

Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Understand client requirements and communicate relevant IT services and solutions.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify current opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM/HRMS.

Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to understand and present solutions effectively.





Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

MBA graduate, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or a related specialization.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with clients.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of basic sales and business development concepts.

Willingness to learn IT services and technology-based solutions.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred

Prior IT Sales / Business Development internship experience will be highly preferred.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead-generation platforms will be an advantage.
