Wedding Planner – Job Opening
Panigrahana Weddings is looking for a Wedding Planner to join our team in Kochi.
We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience in the wedding industry, understands wedding planning and execution, and enjoys working in a fast-paced and creative environment.
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in the wedding industry
• Positive understanding of wedding planning and event execution
• Experience coordinating with clients, vendors and production teams
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Willingness to travel for weddings and events
• Fluent in Malayalam, English and Hindi
• Candidates currently based in Kerala preferred
Location: Kochi, Kerala
What you’ll be doing:




• Planning and coordinating weddings from start to finish
• Coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams
• Assisting with venue visits, vendor meetings and wedding preparations
• Managing timelines, checklists and on-ground execution
• Being present at events and ensuring smooth execution
